We woke up at Hotel Nobleza in Potosí, ready to face a final day of travel to get back to Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Breakfast at the hotel was simple and light, but the lady serving it was very attentive. Unfortunately none of the hotel staff could get the heater in the comedor to work, but some hot coffee did wonders.
Here are some photos from our trip to the Zoo this morning. It was a cloudy, cool day, and not too many other people were competing for the animals’ attention. We were surprised to see some improvements since our last visit to the bird flight cage, as well as to a bear exhibit and a few other things.
I was able to borrow a USB cable Saturday and worked on our trip photos later in the evening.
I had originally planned to update my previous blog entries with the photos that matched the stories. However it has taken too long to work on these photos (my Pismo PowerBook G3 is getting long in the tooth), so I’m just dumping them all into one big, new blog entry. I hope you enjoy.
These are photos taken with my camera during our trip to Bolivia the week of the wedding. These are all photos you haven’t seen before, so enjoy!
